Job summary

Learning Care is hiring an Assistant Director to ensure safe, effective school operations with the School Director and to champion the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. In the Director’s absence, this role takes on sole responsibility for the school.

The position requires at least 21 years old, leadership and 1+ year experience in a licensed childcare facility, plus a High School diploma or equivalent, with the aim of maintaining high standards in an approved childcare

• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of a starting hourly at $21.46 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
