Job summary

Buckle My Shoe in Newberg, Oregon, is seeking an Assistant Director / Lead Infant-Toddler Teacher who loves guiding a team of caring educators and partnering with families to support each child's success.

You will mentor teachers, plan age-appropriate activities for 6 weeks to 6 years, and foster a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom that sparks curiosity and growth.

Qualifications

• Background check in Oregon is required.
• Infant/child/adult First Aid & CPR or willingness to obtain.
• Oregon Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain.
• Three references who can speak to reliability and work ethic (at least one from a previous employer).
• Experience working with children ages 6 weeks–6 years old.
• Strong leadership, multitasking skills, and reliability.
