In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director assumes full responsibility, supports staff development, and helps promote the company as a provider of choice within the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility (1+ year).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state education requirements for the center.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
