Job summary

Learning Care Group in Monona, WI is seeking an Assistant Director to partner with the School Director in safe, effective operation and to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school and its success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:
