The College of New Jersey is seeking a Project Specialist to support the SISTEM NSF project, a six-year initiative to enhance STEM teaching and leadership in K-5. The role is half-time (17.5 hours/week) with on-site work at TCNJ and off-site collaboration with local partner schools.
Responsibilities include scheduling, file organization, budgeting and financial reporting, data collection and analysis, and supervising a Graduate Assistant.

This project, Sustainable and Innovative STEM for K-5 Teaching (SISTEM) is a 6-year National Science Foundation-funded project focused on supporting K-5 teachers in developing excellence in STEM teaching and teacher‑leadership skills.
