The College of New Jersey is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to lead Oracle HCM and the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy across the candidate lifecycle. External salary: Range 24/$76,286.63 - $86,957.46
UNION POSITIONS:The internal salary range is used for applicants who are current NJ state employees with underlying classified status for promotional calculations who meet the requirements below. Reporting to the Interim Director of Operations and Recruitment Services, the HR Operations Analyst serves as the functional lead for the Oracle HCM and our Applicant Tracking system, ensuring the integrity, security, and continuity of employee data across the entire candidate lifecycle. This role reviews system integrations, audits data across systems, and maintains the institutional organizational structure within the HRIS.
As a key cross-functional collaborator, the Analyst partners with Information Technology, Finance, and Payroll to lead quarterly system updates, develop comprehensive testing scripts, and troubleshoot data discrepancies. Additionally, this position acts as the point of contact for all data reports, leveraging advanced Excel skills and deep Oracle HCM/Applicant Tracking System expertise to deliver critical institutional reporting, compliance metrics (such as IPEDS), and provide strategic insights to streamline the department's business processes. This position is responsible for the technical health and evolution of the HR systems, conducting data audits, leading quarterly software upgrades, and conducting end-to-end testing of new features to ensure seamless operational continuity.
