Position Summary

Directs and oversees the Darla Moore School of Business Student Alumni Board and leads the Office of Alumni Engagement Undergraduate Student Engagement initiative by planning student events.

Assists the Hub Network Director as the Hub Network Coordinator by organizing and engaging alumni volunteers across the country, traveling to regional Hub Network events, and building and cultivating relationships with alumni.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, oversee, and maintain positive relationships with DMSB students, alumni, and external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the Office of Alumni Engagement’s overall undergraduate student initiatives.
• Work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Assist the Hub Network director by traveling and working with alumni volunteers across the country.
• Be a strong communicator with project management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Research and develop new student and young alumni programs.
• Maintain confidentiality as required related to student, alumni, and volunteer information.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of related experience in alumni engagement, business development, or higher education student affairs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate and maintain relationships with students, alumni, and faculty/staff.
