In this role, you will lead your shift by example, splitting your time between direct care and operational oversight .
60 Days In: You’ll dig into our electronic systems, master best practices, and establish your groove within the home .

High School Diploma or equivalent .
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) or a related field .
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work irregular hours, stand/walk for extended periods, and safely lift/transfer individuals as required .
Certifications (Can obtain after hire!):
CPR and First Aid Certification (Required) .
Medication Aide (40-hour) certification (Highly preferred upfront, but we will help you get certified!) .
MANDT training .
