Aquent is partnering with a leading organization to recruit a Junior Production Designer who will help uphold the brand’s visual integrity across banners, social graphics, and print collateral, ensuring precision and consistency.

You will resize assets, set bleeds, color modes, crop marks, and optimize files for print and digital use, while maintaining DAM-driven naming conventions and collaborating with senior designers and marketing to meet tight deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2–4 years in production or graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Execute precise asset resizing and reformatting for banners, social media graphics, web assets, and print.
• Prepare flawless production art with bleeds, color modes, crop marks, and print-ready files.
• Guard brand consistency across assets per guidelines, typography, color palettes, and grids.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on files, verify formatting and links, and organize layers before delivery.
• Maintain clear naming conventions and folder structures, contributing to DAM organization.

What You’ll Do

• Execute precise asset resizing and reformatting, adapting master design files into various digital formats (banners, social media graphics, web assets) and print dimensions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Prepare flawless production art, including setting bleeds, accurate color modes, crop marks, and optimizing image resolution for print-ready mechanicals, as well as exporting perfectly optimized digital files.
• Act as a guardian of brand consistency, strictly adhering to established brand guidelines, typography systems, color palettes, and grid structures across all resized and reformatted assets.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all files, meticulously looking for typos, ensuring correct formatting, verifying links, and organizing layers before final delivery or handoff.
• Maintain impeccable file management, implementing clear naming conventions, logical folder structures, and contributing to efficient digital asset management (DAM) organization.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with senior designers, project managers, and marketing teams to meet challenging production deadlines and deliver high-quality visual content.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in production design, graphic design, or relevant internship experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of design principles and technical execution.
• Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A solid understanding of digital display specifications, print pre-press setup, color spaces (RGB vs. CMYK), and image resolution (DPI/PPI).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for precision.
• Demonstrated ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently without compromising on quality or accuracy.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Familiarity with Figma or Sketch.
