Job summary

Delphi Technologies in Bonham, TX, is seeking a Dietary Aide to support the Dietary Manager and Dietitian in delivering high-quality nutritional services daily. You will help organize the department, ensure sanitation, and assist with planning, inventory, and food preparation in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, has training in dietetic basics, and demonstrates supervisory experience in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility.
• Must have training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.
• Must be registered as a Food Service Director in this state.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dietary Manager and the Dietitian in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, to assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the Dietary Department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
