Job summary

Delphi Technologies is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in all dietary functions within a nursing home, following established policies and procedures. The role involves supporting kitchen activities and ensuring residents receive meals according to dietary guidelines.

Shifts vary and options include Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) matching, health insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, EOE, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience working in a Nursing Home setting is a plus.
• Prior experience as a dietary aid, cook, or restaurant kitchen worker is highly preferred.
