Job summary

Prescott Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Wisconsin is looking for a Dietary Manager to oversee dietary staff and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. The role includes preparing meals and managing employee training.

The ideal candidate should have an Associate Degree in a relevant field and knowledge of food handling regulations. A SERVSAFE certification is required or willingness to obtain one. Flexible hours including weekends are a must.

• SERVSAFE certification or willing to obtain.
• Ability to work afternoons, weekends, and rotating holidays.
