Job summary

Fundamental is seeking an experienced Dietary Services Supervisor to lead our nutrition team and ensure high-quality meal service for residents and patients. You will collaborate with the Dietary Manager to coordinate planning, cost control, and compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Two+ years in a supervisory role in healthcare settings are required. A background in culinary arts and strong customer service helps you inspire a team and maintain a quality dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical facility.
• Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dietary Manager with planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

Posted Salary Range

USD $17.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
