Fourth Floor in New York City is seeking an Assistant Designer for the girls team to join the apparel group. You will assist in designing and developing seasonal girls’ collections, creating sketches and CADs, and preparing technical documents for production.

The role requires strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office, plus knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of design experience, ideally in children’s apparel.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
