Job summary

S. Rothschild & Co. (Tommy Hilfiger Dress division) is seeking an Assistant Designer to support the design team in developing seasonal collections and daily operations.

You will create detailed design worksheets in Illustrator for overseas factories, coordinate showroom samples with factories, and assist across all design stages while taking notes during fittings and meetings. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant fashion design experience, preferably in dresses.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong garment construction and patternmaking knowledge.
• Highly organized and adaptable, able to pivot tasks quickly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000 – $65,000, commensurate with experience
