Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an Assistant Designer in Los Angeles to support ready-to-wear programs for a major retail account. This full-time role offers exposure to the full design lifecycle from research to product execution in a fast-paced team.

You will create sketches and CADs, assist with sample tracking, and help develop line sheets and presentation materials while collaborating across the design team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of assistant design experience within ready-to-wear or apparel.
• Strong sketching, illustration, and CAD skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Excel.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Working knowledge of line sheets, tech packs, and development processes.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed.
