Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Deli Manager to supervise daily operations, maintain guest service standards, and oversee merchandising programs in the deli department.

You will ensure budgeted sales, quality products, sanitation, training, scheduling, and department goals are met, stepping in for the Department Manager when needed.

• Ability to effectively communicate with the Store Manager and Merchandiser.
• Ability to work well with computers.

• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Maintain department’s labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Performs PA announcements.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
