Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in food service management, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to train and develop team members while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. On-site schedule with potential for relocation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Food Service experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of operating the deli/food service department.
• Manage food offerings including jerky, smoked meats, bakery, sandwiches, grab-and-go items.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve issues promptly.
