Job summary

Buc-ee's, Ltd. in Brunswick, GA is seeking an Assistant Food Service Manager to help run a high-volume, fast-paced operation with a focus on Clean, Friendly, and In Stock.

You will support the Food Service Manager, oversee offerings, handle customer issues, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and develop staff while delivering excellent service. This full-time role pays $37 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, 3 weeks PTO and a 401(k) with firm matching.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or management experience preferred
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Food Service experience preferred
• Proficiency in food planning and preparation, sanitation, and food handling preferred
• Acquire and maintain food service certifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with operating the department and handle supervision in the manager's absence
• Manage product offerings including Jerky, Smoked Meats, Sausage, BBQ, Bakery, Sandwiches and Grab‑and‑Go items
