Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Higher Education Leadership or related discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
• Three (3) years of teaching experience in higher education.
• Two (2) years of administrative or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day instructional operations of the division across all college sites.
• Coordinate class scheduling, syllabus verification, advising operations, and faculty onboarding.
• Supervise adjunct and full‑time faculty, conduct classroom observations, and evaluate faculty performance.
• Ensure alignment of programs with workforce needs and regional employers; communicate policies from the Dean to division staff.
• Lead initiatives in Caring Campus, advising, and student success within the division.
