Job summary

As a key member of the Provost division, you will collaborate with academic and administrative leaders to develop operating budgets, allocate resources, and ensure financial health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business with four years of financial administration or budget management.
• Knowledge of higher education fiscal, administrative policies, and procedures.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis in an academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Finance and Administration operations, ensuring efficient, responsive service to stakeholders.
• Lead budget development, financial forecasting, reporting, and resource allocation for TAMS and Honors College.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative leaders to implement operating budgets and sustainable funding.
• Manage sensitive financial matters with discretion and maintain accurate records.
