Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with coursework in accounting, finance, business or related field and two years of progressively responsible financial administration or budget management experience.
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor revenues, expenditures, and balances within multiple budgets.
  • Collect and analyze data to prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
  • Participate in annual budget submission and merit processes.
  • Provide budgetary estimates and grants liaison for Principal Investigators.
  • Reconcile pcard reports and support pcard procedures.
  • Prepare payroll-related forms and assist with year-end close tasks.
  • Provide budget support for accreditation processes and other duties as assigned.
