Job summary

ESF Dream Camp is seeking an Assistant Dean of Enrichment Programs to serve as the instructional and operational leader for the after-school enrichment program across multiple sites. This role will oversee development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of high-quality enrichment programming, ensuring alignment with ESF Dream Camp’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. A degree in Education (or related field) is preferred.
• 3-5 years leadership and staff supervision experience required.
• Experience running educational, recreational, or camp-based programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive vision for enrichment programming.
• Design student-centered experiences that support whole-child development.
• Oversee operations across multiple school sites, including scheduling, enrollment, attendance, and budgets.
• Recruit, hire, and coach staff; onboard and develop leadership across sites.
• Build partnerships with schools and community organizations to expand opportunities.
