Reporting to the Dean of Students, the Assistant Dean / Director of Student Compliance for Rutgers University-Newark is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive plan to ensure that Rutgers University-Newark is in compliance with Title IX and ADA regulations as well as related federal, state and local laws and guidelines, and ensure compliance with all relevant Rutgers University policies and procedures.
