Job summary

Larkin University in Orlando seeks an Assistant Dean for Business Operations to provide strategic leadership over the financial, administrative, and operational functions of the School of Dental Medicine, ensuring sustainable resources and regulatory compliance.

You will lead budgeting, revenue cycle oversight, clinical operations, HR and facilities coordination, and drive accreditation support (CODA) while partnering with the Dean and executives to advance academic and patient care missions.

Qualifications

• MBA/MHA or related field required.
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or academic health centers.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating and capital budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Oversee dental clinics operations: scheduling, billing, and collections; optimize productivity and patient access.
• Direct HR coordination, procurement, facilities, and space utilization; manage contracts and vendors.
• Drive strategic initiatives, program implementation, accreditation support (CODA), and growth planning.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, audits, and data integrity across institutions.
