Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline; doctorate or progress toward terminal degree strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in higher education and/or relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the School of Business SAP workflow.
• Oversee the Post University Attendance Policy process and communication.
• Review and facilitate grade appeals in accordance with university policy.
• Serve as an escalation point for student academic concerns.
• Ensure consistent application of School and university policies and procedures.
• Support the conditional admission process for all programs.
