Job summary

New York University is seeking an Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs and Student Services for Executive Programs at the Stern School of Business. You will direct academic affairs and student services for EMBA NY, EMBA DC, TRIUM, MS in Business Analytics and AI, and MS in Global Finance, leading a team to deliver comprehensive student support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience managing work with a global scope and overseeing academic affairs, student services, or related professional services.

Responsibilities

Direct all aspects of academic affairs and student services for Executive Programs.
Lead and develop a team delivering services and support for EMBA and MS programs.
Partner with Vice Dean, faculty and program managers to plan and deliver programs.
Cultivate relationships with EMBA and MS students and student services teams.
Lead student-facing academic and co-curricular initiatives and handle complex student concerns.
Collaborate with partner institutions on student services, program design, and review.
Help establish academic processes across executive degree programs.
Advise the leadership team on strategic matters for future programs.
