Arbex is seeking an Assistant DC Supervisor to join our distribution centre operations in the Florida region. You will monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishments, and ensure accurate system records while managing returns and reverse logistics with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels at the distribution centre.
• Determine replenishment requirements based on demand forecasts, production and supply plans, and current inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory turnover by product to minimise the risk of stockouts and excess inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory analysis and recommend improvement actions.
• Ensure system inventory records are accurate and aligned with physical inventory.
• Manage and track customer returns, defective products, rejected shipments, and recalled/returned products.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to assess returned products and complete follow‑up actions.
• Monitor the efficiency of reverse logistics processes and follow up on improvement actions for exceptions.
• Analyze return reasons and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
• Monitor reverse logistics costs and operational performance.
