Job summary

Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to support daily inventory accuracy, perform product counts, and audit outbound containers to ensure reliable inventory flow. You will review inbound receipts, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams to keep the inventory flowing smoothly.

Requires at least 1 year of DC experience and a high school diploma or GED; comfortable with handheld RF equipment and flexible hours in varying

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of distribution center experience.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to read, comprehend, and complete forms and reports.
Comfort using handheld or desktop computer systems.
Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
Ability to work at heights up to 50 feet and in varying temperatures.
Effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed.

Responsibilities
