Job summary

Epiroc is hiring an Assistant DC Business Controller in Allen, TX. The role supports the DC Business Controller with financial reporting, analysis, and internal controls across regional operations.

You will advise DC management on financial changes, coordinate cross-functional planning, and drive improvements in profitability and efficiency within the supply chain. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in finance/controlling, strong analytics, GAAP knowledge, and effective communication in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of controlling, finance, and accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English and local language communication required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports and analyses for DC operations.
• Support internal control framework and cross-functional coordination with regional teams.
• Collaborate with accounting and supply chain teams to improve profitability and compliance.
• Coordinate planning processes and data preparation for CRM/BRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
