Core Scientific is seeking a Data Center Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and support of high-performance computing infrastructure in a data center. You will manage staff, ensure uptime, enforce procedures, and collaborate with IT, engineering, and research teams for compute-intensive workloads.
The role requires supervisory experience, a solid networking/electrical/ mechanical understanding, and strong communication. On-site work with possible travel is expected.

The Data Center Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and support of high-performance computing infrastructure within a data center environment. This includes managing staff, ensuring uptime and system reliability, enforcing operational procedures, and collaborating with IT, engineering, and research teams to support compute-intensive workloads.

This job is operated in a professional office, warehouse, and data center environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, smartphones, ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts. While performing these duties, the employee will be exposed to both hot and cold environments.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, andliftto 50 pounds.
This is a full-time, onsite position. Some nights and weekends may be required.
