Qualifications

• Analytical and research skills to gather information and make recommendations.
• Clear and respectful communication with students, staff, and partners.
• Experience coordinating in-person or virtual programs, trainings, activities, or events.
• Experience creating or updating social media, newsletters, websites, or other outreach materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily WRC operations including front desk coverage and schedules.
• Support established programs focused on wellness, equity, and belonging.
• Collaborate with campus partners to provide programs on academic success and leadership.
• Maintain WRC website, social media, newsletters, and event calendars.
• Support student assistants and volunteers with planning and center operations.
• Coordinate programs with SDSU community centers and external partners.
• Help with event logistics, attendance tracking, and program assessment.
