Qualifications

• Culinary degree and/or cook certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of related kitchen experience.
• Recipe conversion experience and maintaining temperature logs required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fish, beef, pork, poultry and vegetables per recipes.
• Observe and enforce food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Assist Head Cook and supervise shift staff; communicate production progress to management.
