Job summary

Kuvare is seeking an Assistant Controller to join Kuvare's Holding Company/US operations, reporting to the Controller. You will coordinate quarterly and annual closings for US and UK holding entities, interfacing with operating companies to analyze and report key performance metrics to executives and financial sponsors.

This role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or finance and 5-7 years in financial services or insurance, with strong GAAP and statutory knowledge, exceptional detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5-7 years in public accounting (financial services/insurance) or related analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in data analysis, critical thinking and problem solving.
• Collaborative, able to work independently and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Interface with finance and accounting departments to standardize reporting processes.
• Lead quarterly and annual close for Kuvare US Holdings and related entities.
• Prepare and analyze KPI and reporting metrics for executive stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and forecasting and respond to sponsor inquiries.
• Assist in capital raise activities and ad hoc reporting requests.
