Job summary

Kuvare is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join our US Holding’s accounting team. You will coordinate quarterly and annual closes across holding entities, standardize reporting processes, and interface with sponsors and internal stakeholders.

This role requires strong GAAP and statutory accounting knowledge and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights. Based in Des Moines, IA, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting while collaborating closely with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in public accounting (financial services/insurance) and/or analytical work in financial services/insurance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with finance and accounting departments to standardize reporting processes and metrics.
• Lead quarterly and annual close and reporting for Kuvare US Holdings, Inc. and Kuvare Holdings LP.
• Improve monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting at operating entities and consolidated levels.
• Compile KPIs and other reporting metrics monthly and quarterly.
• Provide analysis on operational and financial metrics to drive business decisions.
• Respond to inquiries from financial sponsors and assist with capital raise activities.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests from management across Kuvare family of companies (benchmarking, industry/peer analysis, trend analysis).
• Assist in entity-wide budgeting and forecasting and participate in special projects.
