Job summary

Kuvare Holdings LLC is seeking an Assistant Controller to manage the accounting, reporting, and analysis for the holding company systems and related entities. You will coordinate quarterly and annual closes for US and UK holdings and interface with Kuvare’s executive team and financial sponsors.

Responsibilities include standardizing reporting processes, preparing KPI analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting capital raise activities. Strong GAAP and statutory knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5–7 years of experience in public accounting or related financial services work.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting principles.
• Expert knowledge of accounting and financial principles, regulations and best practices.
• Good understanding of governmental guidelines, tax laws affecting the company.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interface with finance and accounting departments to standardize reporting processes and metrics.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual close and reporting for Kuvare US Holdings, Inc. and Kuvare Holdings LP.
• Improve and standardize financial reporting at both operating entities and consolidated levels.
• Compile KPIs and reporting metrics monthly and quarterly.
• Provide analysis on operational and financial metrics to inform decisions.
• Support in capital raising activities and respond to sponsor inquiries.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting; perform ad hoc reporting requests.
