Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience at a publicly traded company.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX compliance.
• Experience with consolidations and multi-entity reporting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and SEC filing tools (Workiva).
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex accounting issues into clear disclosures.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and filing of periodic SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements).
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, GAAP, and SOX requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, legal counsel, and outside consultants on quarterly and annual filings.
• Draft and review financial statement footnotes, MD&A, and other disclosures.
• Monitor ASC updates and SEC rule changes and assess impact on the company.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and consolidations.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and multi-entity consolidation activities.
• Prepare technical memos supporting complex transactions (revenue recognition, stock compensation, business combinations, leases).
• Support consolidation of multiple entities/segments in accordance with GAAP.
