Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• 10+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Big 4 and public company experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Experience overseeing SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K).
• Strong SOX and internal controls understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and proxy statements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC requirements, and SOX controls.
• Coordinate SEC reporting with external auditors, Legal, IR, and management.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on revenue, consolidations, stock-based comp, and other non-routine issues.
• Lead corporate accounting close, reconciliations, and reporting for public company entities.
