BaubleBar Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Controller to govern the full transactional accounting cycle, including AP, T&E, revenue, AR and GL.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong technical accounting, GL ownership and team management, with a focus on e-commerce revenue, payment and collections. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, CPA preferred, 7+ years in accounting and solid NetSuite and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory/management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with multi-channel e-commerce accounting preferred.
• ERP systems experience (NetSuite strongly preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with monthly close and reconciliations.
• Experience automating accounting processes and reducing close cycle time.
• Experience with AP/T&E automation platforms and CRM/AR tools.
• Process-oriented with emphasis on automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Accounting Supervisor, Revenue Accountant and AR Manager.
• Escalation point for judgments and unusual transactions.
• Conduct 1:1s, reviews and career development for reports.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities across functions.
• Review AP aging and cash disbursement forecast; oversee vendor master data controls.
• Review revenue-to-cash reconciliations and revenue recognition policy application.
• Oversee AR reserve and collections aging; ensure cash application accuracy.
• Own close calendar and balance sheet reconciliations; review non-system journals.
• Prepare/ review monthly cash reconciliations, fixed asset sub-ledger and prepaid schedules.
• Support internal control design, documentation and testing.
