Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and financial reporting across divisions.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and audit preparation.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal control standards.
• Prepare financial statements and variance analyses.
• Coordinate with accounting, legal, and other departments.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff.
• Support annual financial statement audit and respond to inquiries.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency gains.
