Job summary

Atlantic Group in Midtown NYC is seeking an Assistant Controller for Private Equity (Co-Investments). The role is hybrid (3 days in office) with a base salary up to $145K plus a 30-35% bonus and a 15% profit share.

You will oversee fund accounting and investor reporting, review quarterly statements and capital activity, and collaborate with fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure accurate financials and disclosures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in public accounting or a combination of public/private experience.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Exposure to private equity, alternative investments, fund accounting, or financial services required.
