Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction accounting experience required.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and general ledger principles.
• Experience processing payroll for mid-sized teams (50+ employees).

Responsibilities

• Manage A/R billing for construction projects.
• Set up new jobs in the accounting system.
• Process change orders and update project financials.
• Support month-end and year-end close.
• Administer bi-weekly payroll for approximately 66 employees.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on financial reporting.
