Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using Viewpoint Vista is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Strong understanding of job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation tasks for accounting processes.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual GAAP financial reporting.
• Ensure proper job cost coding across transactions.
• Assist with Work-in-Progress schedules and revenue recognition.
• Work with operations to monitor project performance.
• Provide AP/AR support and assist with payroll compliance.

Strong understanding of construction accounting fundamentals
