Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; Business Central preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and uphold the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and ensure timely accounting tasks and reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and apply accounting principles.
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Maintain the general ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in developing financial dashboards and support audits.
