Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Controller in managing all accounting operations.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Establish compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
