Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; master's preferred.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• CPA certification or progress toward certification strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS familiarity is a plus.
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, audits, and internal controls.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, and payroll.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Prepare and review financial schedules, management reports, and consolidated information.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls for compliance and efficiency.
• Partner with FP&A for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate external audits and assist with tax filings and regulatory reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting accuracy, and ERP integrations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a small accounting team.
