Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required.
• CPA designation preferred.
• At least seven years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing accounting professionals and building strong teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple accounting managers and their teams.
• Oversee day-to-day corporate accounting activities and monthly close.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reporting.
