Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Assistant Controller for a Hybrid role in the Metro Atlanta area. You will partner with the Controller and leadership to manage financial reporting, month-end close, and treasury functions across multiple sites, while leading a growing accounting team.

The position emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and internal controls, with responsibilities spanning audits, regulatory reporting, and process improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and month-end close responsibilities
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, internal controls, and accounting systems
• Advanced Excel skills with proven experience leading, coaching, and developing accounting team members
• CPA and experience in healthcare, senior living, nonprofit, or multi-entity organizations preferred

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and treasury management.
• Coordinate audit preparation, regulatory reporting, and compliance activities, including lender, bond, and HUD requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions while mentoring accounting staff.
• Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
