Responsibilities

• Own assigned components of monthly and annual close; post journal entries per close calendar.
• Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet and income statements; investigate discrepancies.
• Record and reconcile payroll, benefits, and related liabilities.
• Support budget, forecast processes, and variance analysis with department data.
• Reconcile financial aid disbursements and federal fund activity; ensure compliance.
• Assist with annual financial statements, audits, and regulatory reporting.
