Job summary

Dexian is seeking an Assistant Controller to report to the CFO and oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance across multiple entities. The role includes budget support, audits, and process improvements in a growing organization.

The successful candidate will manage staff, drive strong internal controls, and partner with leadership to deliver accurate financial insights and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with public and corporate accounting experience.
• Experience supervising accounting staff.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, fixed assets, and GL.
• Lead monthly and year-end close processes with timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly statements, variance analyses, and management reporting.
• Support consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities and budgeting.
